MOÅ is sugar-free and very flavorful. It’s a vodka you actually want to drink on the rocks! If you prefer mixing your drinks, MOÅ is versatile enough to complement your favorite ingredients without requiring additional syrups. All our recipes feature a MOÅ twist by offering as natural a variety of ingredients as possible.

The recipes don’t involve any difficult techniques, a high-end cocktail experience can be easily created at home.

    Our variation on the Moscow Mule. Meant to highlight all individual components of MOÅ

    5ml Bergamot liqueur
    15ml lime juice
    120ml Ginger Beer

    Directions

    Build over ice, garnish with lime leaves

  • MOÅ Mary

    MOÅ Mary

    A spicy variation on the Bloody Mary. Aiming to strengthen MOÅ with North African tones.

    40ml MOÅ
    15ml Lemon juice
    1 tsp Rose-harissa
    120ml Big Tom Spiced
    Salt and pepper

    Directions

    Mix ingredients well and pour over ice in a high ball glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge and fresh cilantro.

    Vodka and Soda, optimized serve by using garnish to highlight the fresh taste of MOÅ.

    35ml MOÅ
    100ml Premium soda water

    Directions

    Build over ice in a long drink glass. Garnish with ginger slices.

  • MOÅ Sour

    A floral variation on the Vodka sour. With the aim of enhancing the citrus tones. Reminiscent of Oriental flavors.

    60ml MOÅ
    30ml Lemon juice
    20ml Rose syrup
    3 dashes Rose water
    1 egg white or 2 dashes vegan foamer

    Directions

    Dryshake and shake with ice. Strain through fine sieve. Serve in a coupe and garnish with a rose petal.

    Perfect as an apéritif. MOÅ makes all the difference!

    40ml MOÅ
    40ml Dry Vermouth
    1 dash Lemon bitters

    Directions

    Shake or stir with ice, sieve in a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with a Lemon zest twist.

  • MOÅ Espresso Martini

    Our lighter variation on the Espresso Martini. Meant to strengthen the ginger tones of MOÅ.

    50ml MOÅ
    20ml Ginger liqueur
    40ml Espresso
    15ml Agave syrup
    Pinch of sea salt

    Directions

    Shake and strain through a fine sieve. Serve in a 240ML coupe and garnish with cacao.
